Anyone miss Obama yet?

 I'm not sure what country I am living in anymore...

Three of our sitting Supreme Court justices were appointed by a man who was impeached twice and is being investigated for violations of the espionage act...The US Justice Department is investigating whether former President Donald Trump violated the Espionage Act, which prohibits retaining national security information that could harm the United States or aid a foreign adversary, The New York Times, Politico, and The Guardian report. Per an FBI warrant obtained by the outlets, Trump is also being investigated for violating additional statutes relating to obstruction of justice and destroying federal government records. The FBI recovered 11 sets of classified documents from its search, including some materials marked as "top secret/SCI" -- one of the highest levels of classification, according to records from the search warrant that were released Friday. Reports are that the documents seized at Mar-a-Lago are being fingerprinted to see who handled the papers.

Meanwhile, in NY, Trump took the fifth in a civil suit deposition, one of many civil suits he will be forced to defend himself against.

We now have missing Secret Service texts that could establish contacts between Donald Trump and the domestic terrorists of Stop the Steal, missing DHS texts that would reveal secret lobbying by Trump’s ‘legal team,’ and possibly missing Pentagon texts about *martial law.

CNN is reporting that "The Defense Department wiped the phones of top departing DOD and Army officials at the end of the Trump administration, deleting any texts from key witnesses to events surrounding the January 6, 2021, attack on the US Capitol, according to court filings.

Meanwhile, our country is being run by a geriatric nightmare, the ranking member of the judiciary committee is a doddering old fool, Speaker Pelosi enraged China with a meaningless visit to Taiwan and our Vice President is nothing more than a congressional tie breaker. 

Sadly, the only 2024 possible Presidential candidates I can get excited about, are Republican Liz Cheney and Mayor Pete, current Secretary of Transportation.
