At the beginning of each new Congress there is an opportunity to change the parliamentary rules....it's time to end the filibuster and the so called "super majority" requirement to pass legislation....if the liberals do not get this done, the minority party (with McConnell leading the charge) will continue to hold the legislative body hostage with filibuster abuse as no Senate minority ever has in American history, all the while demanding complete prostration by the majority before anything can get enacted.
