Boehner & Ryan and Reid & Pelosi need to stop using the Obama crutch...and be leaders
& get a passable budget done within Congress. No one delegates up. Oh,both house majorities have come up with budgets....budgets everyone knows do not have a snowballs chance in hell of passing.
Since when does Congress sit around waiting for the President to act? Negotiate a budget and send it up....any budget negotiated that can stand the voting scrutiny of both houses will not be vetoed. Frigging get it done, leadership.
