The Branchflower report to the Legislative Counsel is in, and it does not look good for Governor Palin (wink, wink), or for John McCain, as it reveals what we had known all along....he has been consorting with a criminal (well, OK, it is only a misdemeanor, but upholding the constitution is sticky business).
Here are the findings..." I find that Governor Palin has abused her power by violating the Alaska Executive Branch Ethics Act, namely: that any officer that holds office as a public trust, and any effort to benefit a personal, or financial interest through official action violates that trust."
