- West Virginia
- Louisiana
- Montana
- South Carolina
- Kentucky
- Alabama

(* About most religious States we have some little differences but basically are the same southern States, Alabama in # 2, Georgia in # 7, Oklahoma in # 9 and a tie between Kentucky and Texas in number 10 )

Talk about voting against their best interests....the citizens of these states mean nothing to the Republicans, except every four years....

Having said that, they do get more than their share of federal money...
