1. You can go out on top (so to speak) with a huge win in another primary.
2. We are losing focus. We should be targeting the White House and 9 more Senate seats.
3. Obama is looking fragile and lacking a knock out punch.
4. Party Unity, no small thing.
5. Florida and Michigan will not have their delegates seated until you get out.
6. Campaign debts. Squandering more money fighting a campaign you cannot win is stupid and fiscally irresponsible, especially for Obama, who should be focusing on the National.
7. The Clinton legacy, or at least what is left of it. Don't worry, America has Alzheimer's.
8. The party will appreciate it, and reward you down the line (speaker ship?).
9. You are kicking his ass lately, and that is embarrassing.
10. And, even IF you were to pull off the unthinkable, the party would be in shambles, entire voting blocks (especially the black Obama supporters) would be outraged (which would demand Obama as your Veep, which you do not want), the entire system would be in question (Super delegates), and the victory would be wholly unpalatable, even in Clintonian terms.
